Property description
The property consists of two identical buildings, each with 15 apartments and is situated on the top of a peninsula (former vineyard). The peninsula borders to the north with the south-beach of Sozopol and to the south with the beautiful sandy beach "Smokinia" (fig). All buildings on the peninsula are villas, one-family and apartment houses not higher than 3.5 storeys claiming maximal 20% of the respective parcel. Per law, at least 60% of each property should be reserved for gardens and parks. This allows for a lot of space for nature/green areas between the buildings.
Our buildings are facing southeast. They lie 250m from the sea coast on about 50m altitude (see arrow on the picture below). The next sandy beach Smokinia is only 15 minutes walking distance away. To the south there is a wonderful view to the mountain landscape with a bordering preserve area as well as to the sea and beach. To the east and north there is an all-around sea view. The Old Town of Sozopol, northern too, invites to a picturesque walk.
On the ground floor and the first floor there are four two-room apartments respectively (on request apartment 2b on the ground floor could be formed in one three-room apartment). The second floor consists of three two-room apartsments and one three-room apartment and the third floor of three two-room apartments. Because of the construction of the buildings there is the possibility to connect neighbouring apartments on request for larger living area. The building construction with support columns and skilful placed support walls means for you a maximum of flexibility and individuality by the formation of your living area - therefore there are barely bounderies for your imaginations. In the groundplan view all support columns and walls are marked white for your better information. The apartments are built with high quality materials and are finished since the end of 2008. They include spacious terraces/roof-decks or gardens/roof gardens with fantastic panorama. A swimming-pool with a size around 55 sq.m. is integrated within the park.
The apartments are sold without furniture:
